All Saints' Values
Our School Vision, Ethos & Strategic Direction
Our vision is for all All Saints children to be safe, happy and respectful learners who are able to achieve and thrive in modern society. As a Church School we promote caring a love for each other, 'With Gods Love we all shine together'.
At All Saints we believe that every child must be provided with opportunities to develop socially, emotionally, academically, spiritually and physically to achieve the highest possible standards. We are an inclusive learning community that is committed to ensuring that all of the children in our care are safe, happy and respectful learners.
Wider Christian Values
Alongside the importance of staying safe, being happy and respectful, the children are also taught the wider Christian Values:
Reverence, Wisdom, Thankfulness, Humility, Endurance, Service, Compassion, Trust, Peace, Forgiveness, Friendship, Justice, Hope, Creation, Koinonia.
The school will develop our children to be:
We aim to ensure our children understand how to stay safe and support and ensure the safety of others around them.
Our curriculum will give the children enjoyment in their learning by gaining the skills they need and to encourage them to have aspirations and ambitions. We will prepare our children for an ever-changing world where they develop the skills and resilience to overcome challenges.
We aim for our children to be respectful, polite and embrace difference. We want then to have the ability to work in teams and communicate their ideas effectively. We encourage older children to be role models who take pride in leading by example.
We endeavour to promote independence by creating a positive learning environment where children ask questions, thrive on challenge and aren’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Children will be motivated to try their best and the school community will celebrate their successes.
